CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notify me of any adjustments/cancellation of your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. NO SHOW: 1st offense- 50% of service total 2nd offense-100% of service total & allowed to book day of appointments only. CANCELLATION: 30% of appointment each time I do understand life happens and things are, at times, out of your control. Please message me if your cancellation is due to an emergency and we can chat. Redo Policy: 72 hours to notify me of any adjustments
